The Life Alignment technique is a holistic healing system that releases a person from the past so that they can live in the present. It recognises the fact that many physical health conditions are caused by something much deeper than just imbalance in the body. It incorporates various tools such as psychotherapeutic dialogue, vibrational medicine, pendulum dowsing, muscle testing, interoception coaching and meditation, the practitioner helps the client to tap into the contents of their subconscious to identify and reframe the root cause of theirs and family problems that's been holding them back from achieving happiness and balance in life. It enables the person gaining perspective to overwrite and switch the negative elements with positive ones so that they can make a lasting change in their life, family and true purpose.
Life Alignment can be combined with various other therapeutic modalities as per the needs of the client, and one of the hallmarks of the system is that it employs higher guidance to fit an appropriate coupling of the client’s requirements and the practitioner’s skills to achieve optimal outcomes.

We all have inner guidance, whether we call it our higher self, inner self, Atma, and so on – there are different words for it across cultures and systems. We all have a ‘team’ of wisdom and protection around us that is part of us. We connect to it subconsciously, in moments when the mind is completely relaxed, and often even in our dream state (Carl Jung considered dreams to be a tool of guidance from the unconscious part of our mind). Within this context, we can ‘tune in’ to get infinite clarity, guidance, and perspective for ourselves, situations, our projects, our lives! However, this is often clouded as we are not used to operating our minds this way.
My work enables me to tune in on your behalf. Tune in literally like a radio station; into YOUR radio station, which is broadcasting your messages. I deliver them to you, so that they can guide you towards what you need and perhaps already know when you deeply listen to yourself. For life direction, guidance in any field of life.

I hold a Master of Science (M.S) degree in psychology, and have several years of experience in talk therapy and intuitive guidance. I constantly stay abreast of cutting edge research into neuroscience, cognitive psychology and holistic medicine as a part of my own journey as a researcher, and apply it to my therapeutic practice wherever it is applicable.
In addition, I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – in which I am certified – in combination with intuitive guidance from the Life Alignment toolkit. I aim to possess an eclectic and holistic skill repertoire that can optimize your journey towards mental health.

When you work with your body, these things start to happen quite quickly: it becomes easier to move, your breathing gets much deeper, the center of the trunk (backbone, ribs, pelvis) moves softly, you recover from more quickly fatigue and stress, access deep recovery and relaxation of the whole body The better you learn to move, the more joy you feel in moving your body. With movement exploration and training, we will achieve these goals together.
In addition, adjusting the balance of the posture and the whole body will make it easier for the mind to change. Keeping your body structurally balanced strengthens your mind, makes you more resistant to stress and pressure, makes you more relaxed, kinder, makes you feel good, and increases your confidence, passion, memory and concentration. Being more at ease in your body also improves your relationships with other people, because you can participate in movement-oriented community activities like sports, dance, and hiking. You can enjoy them while meeting like-minded people and making friends!
When you want to change yourself, asking for help and guidance is essential. It will be my honour to play that role.
I will start with counselling for your specific body needs and fitness goals:
Basic exercises that you can do every day by yourself. This aims to develop the correct muscles around the joints, making them more flexible and strong.
Breathing methods and yoga asana. This will increase flexibility, get you used to the coordination of breathing and movement and feel the blood and subtle energy circulation across the whole body.
Loosening up of the body through self-massage and massaging stretches to relax the whole body, especially the bones. This is useful for those who could be more flexible.
Strengthening exercises targeted at specific areas of the body. This will help you gain overall symmetry in strength and movement.
Cardiovascular exercises such as jogging, running and swimming (only taught in person). This will strengthen your heart's ability to pump blood and send energy to your body, and your diaphragm to breathe in and out more thoroughly.

Nutrition is as important as exercise for a well-balanced and healthy body and mind.
Depending on your specific goals, we can look at creating meal plans that are suitable for your needs. For example, we can draw it so that it is combined with an exercise programme, bringing you the best results to maintain a healthy body and balanced mood. Suppose your goals are mainly mental and emotional balance. In that case, we can look into how your mental state responds to specific foods, and use that data to inform a new nutritional regimen which brings you back into balance.
Additionally, I can teach you how to cook balanced meals and provide you with healthy cooking tips to maintain a balanced healthy seasonal eating plan that you can do on your own. My meal plans are optimised for simplicity, ease of cooking and affordability.
